Your Coach Shivani


Shivani has been a student of the ancient knowledge taught by Sri Kaleshwar since 2011. With background experience as a mother, massage therapist, yoga instructor, business owner, natural healer, and Sai Shakti Healer, Shivani brings a wealth of knowledge and real life experience and understanding to her coaching. The ancient yogic knowledge of the palm leaves are Shivani’s passion in life. Nine years of meditating with mantras, practicing healing techniques, and studying the knowledge has been the preparation for her as coach and guide. Her down-to-Earth, friendly approach is accessible to anyone. She is passionate about self-love and self-empowerment. With these tools of meditation, anybody can be self-sufficient and powerful just as they are, by tapping into the Divine within and building the connection to the great Divine through meditation. She will guide you to your own self-empowerment and be your cheerleader on your journey!

How often do we find ourselves walking in the woods with the sun shining and the wind blowing, and a sense of peace and calm washes over us? We want to feel that every moment of our lives. Beginning the practice of 5 Elements meditation, you can awaken that sense of connection and freedom that you find in pure nature.

Everything in creation, including our own bodies are created with these elements. Feeling a deeper connection to nature and the Divine through the elements is something that will increase your feelings of peace and calm. This ancient process connects you to each of the 5 elements of creation: Earth, Fire, Sky, Water, Air. This Five Elements process is the foundation and introduction of Sri Kaleshwar’s meditation teachings. 

These ancient yogic teachings of Eastern spirituality have been passed through lineages for thousands of years and if you are here embarking on this journey, consider yourself very blessed. I have traveled this 5E journey and I have been studying and meditating, practicing, and implementing this knowledge into my life and am here to be your guide and cheerleader on this beautiful journey!
